This privacy policy applies to all information that is collected by Talent 4 Transformation Limited via all online or offline channels, including this website.

Consent 

The provision of all data to Talent 4 Transformation is voluntary. You do not have to provide us with any data. However, if you do not provide us with certain data it will be difficult for us to provide certain services.  

By participating in one of our services you are giving your consent for us to collect and hold data about you required for us to provide the service(s) concerned, and to provide any data gathered to the client(s) that we are undertaking the assignment for. We will not pass your data to another party other than this specific client or clients without your consent.  

By using our website, you consent to those elements of our Privacy Policy which pertain to it. 

Personal data we collect 

As a guide, we will collect your name, work information (e.g. job title) and contact details (e.g. telephone number(s) and email address(es)) if you participate in any of our processes. 

In promoting diversity, inclusion and equality we may also collect sensitive personal data about you in the form of ethnicity, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion and relationship questions. This information will remain confidential. 

We may also collect assessment data, development data, psychometric data, 360° feedback data, reference data and interview data on you. We may also ask for a copy of your CV. Based on all or some of this data we may produce a report for our client. 

Log Files 

www.talent4transformation.com follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analysing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information. 

Cookies and Web Beacons 

Like any other website, www.talent4transformation.com uses cookies. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimise the users’ experience by customising our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information. You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser options. How we use your personal data 

We use your contact details as the basis for managing our interactions with you. 

The assessment data we collect on you is sometimes used to help clients make placement decisions or support decision relating to promotion and development. If this is the case, it will be made clear to you by Talent 4 Transformation at the start of assignments. In other circumstances the data gathered may be used to help you develop yourself, or to support the development of a team of which you are a part. 

We also store data anonymously for analytical purposes to generate insights, for example producing group norms. 

Who we share your personal data with 

Your data may be shared with the client(s) we are working with. This will typically be your employer, although within a recruitment context this will usually be the client that has the vacancy. 

The nature of the service we have been retained to provide will determine who we will share your data with. In a coaching or other development programme, certain data will likely be shared with your employer although the content of coaching conversations will remain confidential, subject to the nature of individual coaching agreed at the start of assignments. In an assessment context the data might go to your employer (for example in an internal promotion process), or in a situation where you are being assessed for a new organisation the data will go to that organisation. 

From time to time we use Associates and Partners to deliver services for or with us. We also sometimes partner with other organisations to help deliver projects to our clients. Therefore, we may release your data to these parties in order to deliver the work we have been engaged to do. In all cases the data will be treated in strictest confidence, and in line with GDPR best practice. 

Access and control
